Lake Tour Vangsvatnet
Our Lake Tour on Vangsvatnet allows for more time kayaking as we do not shuttle out of town with all the equipment to the more distant lakes.
The lake is centrally situated at Voss itself and surrounded by the nearby mountains.
We get on the water near our floating base after a brief instruction.
The tour is graded easy and we paddle about 6-9 kilometres in total, allowing a relaxed pace and time for taking photos as we go.
We pull out our kayaks for a stop at lunchtime and prepare a barbeque while relaxing nearby the beach.
We then get back on the water and head back for Voss.
If we are lucky with the prevailing winds we may be able to sail back to Voss on the breeze that often sets up in the afternoon.
We offer kids aged 15 or less a discount if accompanied by parents.
We have special small sized paddle gear suitable for kids aged 6-12, providing them a comfortable experience and introduction to kayaking.
Tour departure at 10 Am. Must be pre-booked.
Price per person: 925,- / kids 595,-
Includes instruction and a barbeque lunch.
Minimum 4 people booked on in order to run a tour.
