Half Day Sea Kaying Tour in Gudvangen Norway

Our Guided Half-Day Tour on the Nærøyfjord starts from our Kayak Center in Gudvangen Norway at 1pm and departs most days of our summer from early May to Mid September. If you are less than 4 people you can still join a tour as long as we have a confirmed tour on the day of your choice.

These tours are shorter than our day tours and suitable for families with smaller children, people with limited time to spend in Gudvangen Norway or for those that simply do not wish to join us for a whole day out.

We provide the same quality gear and instruction as on all our other tours but the paddle experience is shorter, typically about 2 hours on the water in total. This equals roughly about 8-10 km in paddle distance. We stop for a nice lunch (included) midway on the tour and have a chance to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

The meeting place for this trip is in Gudvangen Norway at 1pm – We do not offer transportation from Voss to Gudvangen Norway for this tour. We can offer you transportation from Gudvangen to Voss after the tour IF you let us know you will be needing this when booking as we need to plan our transportation in advance.

Our shuttle van back to Voss leaves Gudvangen around 18:00 – back in Voss 19:00. You may also choose to finish the tour in Gudvangen if that suits your plans better. There are buses leaving Gudvangen for Flåm between 6-7pm, arriving in Flåm 20 minutes later.

Departure: Meet in Gudvangen 1pm – back off the water around 5pm. You will need to NOTIFY US in advance or at time of booking if you require transport back to Voss so we can ensure we have spaces available. In case we are full you will need to meet for and finish this tour in Gudvangen and travel by own means or public transport.
